James is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ experience working with SMEs, originally in general practice and corporate finance. With the board’s objectives of driving the business forward and extending the range of services available, James has been responsible for bringing the finance function entirely ‘in house’ to provide the information and insight to help deliver these.

Shane has over 14 year’s experience in civil engineering within the fibre, copper and electric industry. Shane started as a lead engineer for FPC troubleshooting with nationwide projects and has provided cable and civils expertise to contractors, aiding them in achieving targets set within the industry. Shane has managed several civils and cabling teams within the South and South East on all aspects of Openreach contracts.

James joined the RotaRod team as Financial Controller in early 2019. He has held previous roles within general practice and more recently within the B2B media and exhibitions sector. James is responsible for the day-to-day running of the finance function, accountancy and providing management information to the Directors. He joins RotaRod at an exciting time and looks forward to supporting the company’s future growth.

Adam has been in the utilities industry for over 7 years. Starting on water contracts, Adam moved to Telecoms in 2017. He has played a pivotal part in ensuring Contractors systems are compliant with the contract, whilst providing expertise and knowledge to subcontractors. Adam is responsible for ensuring that Rotarod is fully compliant with its clients and maintaining all internal systems.

Reg has been with RotaRod for 15 years overseeing change from a company primarily involved in drainage work to one now 100% involved in technology applications. During this time Reg has been responsible for introducing new accounting systems after the company relaunch and ensuring that all clients were serviced efficiently and promptly. Reg is now involved in the commercial aspect of RotaRod.

Colin is the operations manager for RotaRod with 23 years’ experience behind him. He has worked to gain this position from the bottom up. He has an ability to solve complex issues that sometimes arise in completing certain tasks this ensures that all our customers job requests are completed to the best of our ability.
